Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

T AST week, Mr. Poole asked the 1-1 Minister of Transport why Ur. F. W. Holdich, chairman of the Peterborough area of the Omnibus Passengers' Protection Association, was appointed to the East Midlands Transport Users' Consultative Committee, in view of the fact that 0.P.P.A. was a body opposed to area schemes.

The Minister, in a written reply, stated that he did not regard air. Ho 1 dic h's local chairmanship of 0.P.P.A. as incompatible with his membership of the committee. Further consideration would have to be given, however, as air. Holdich was a deputy member of the Licensing Authority.
